JEWELRY INSURANCE CONTRACT - BREAKAGE (6 months)

Duration: 6 months from the date of purchase

1. Purpose of the insurance

This insurance exclusively covers:

• Accidental breakage of your earrings purchased on transac-or.com

• Theft, upon presentation of an official complaint

2. Conditions for benefiting from insurance

For any replacement file, the customer must provide the following documents:

1. Purchase invoice for the insured jewelry

2. Identity document in the same name as the invoice

3. In case of breakage:

• Return the damaged jewelry to the return address indicated below

4. Replacement terms

• The jewel will be replaced by the same model, or an equivalent model if the initial model is no longer in stock.

• Only one replacement is allowed per subscription.

• Insurance per model.

5. Exclusions

This insurance does not cover:

• Loss & Theft

• Natural wear and tear, scratches

• Intentional damages

• Jewelry other than earrings

6. Duration of validity

• Insurance is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase

• Any request made after the deadline will be automatically refused.

7. Return address in case of breakage
